1. Scope & Acceptance

These terms govern all services provided by Asimico, including webshop orders, workshops, events, and space rentals. By placing an order or booking, you agree to these terms.

2. Contracts & Confirmations

• Webshop: A binding contract is formed once payment is confirmed via our online shop.
• Workshops/Events: Bookings are secured upon confirmation and payment receipt.
• Space Rentals: A contract is formed upon signing of a rental agreement and, where applicable, receipt of a deposit.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment methods may include credit/debit card, TWINT, Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer (depending on the service). Specific options are displayed during checkout or booking.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

• Webshop: Products may be returned within 14 days in their original condition and packaging, unless they are made-to-order or customised items, which are excluded from returns. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt of returned goods. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
• Workshops & Events: Our flexible cancellation policy applies:
  • 30+ days before the event → 100% refund
  • 14–29 days before → 60% refund
  • 7–13 days before → 50% refund
  • Less than 7 days before → no refund
    Refunds are processed within 14 days, minus any minimal admin fees.
• Space Rentals: The deposit may be refunded if cancellation occurs before the agreed cut-off date stated in the rental agreement. Otherwise, full or partial fees may apply.

5. Liability

Asimico takes reasonable care in delivering services but is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service or product.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and materials created by Asimico (including product photos of our jewellery, workshop materials, and branding elements) are the intellectual property of Asimico and may not be reused without prior permission.

Images sourced from platforms such as Pexels or Unsplash are used under their respective free licenses. These remain the intellectual property of the original photographers and may not be claimed as our own.

7. Use of Personal Data

Your personal data is processed in line with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to data processing as described therein.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version is published on our website with the date of effect. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of changes.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The courts of Zurich, Switzerland, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
