  • Directly Provided Data: Name, email, phone, address, payment details (for webshop orders, workshop bookings, rentals), and any other information you submit voluntarily.
  • Automatically Collected Data: IP address, browser/device details, site behavior, cookies, and usage data via analytics or similar tools.

Purpose of Processing

We process your data to:

  • Fulfill webshop orders, bookings, and rental agreements;
  • Communicate confirmations, updates, and relevant notices;
  • Process payments securely;

Legal Basis & Swiss Compliance

Webshop and Payments

Our online shop is operated through Shopify. When you place an order, the information you provide (such as name, contact details, shipping address, and payment information) is processed by Shopify to fulfill your order.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe (and, where applicable, other payment providers such as PayPal). We do not store or have access to your full payment details.

Scheduling and Payments

For online appointment bookings and payments (e.g. workshops, creative space rentals), we use Acuity Scheduling, a service provided by Squarespace Ireland Ltd. When you book an appointment, the data you provide (such as your name, contact details, and, if applicable, payment details) is transmitted to and processed by Acuity Scheduling for the purpose of managing appointments and processing payments.

Payment transactions are handled securely by the payment service providers integrated with Acuity Scheduling (e.g., Stripe or PayPal). We do not store or have access to your full payment details.

Newsletters

If you subscribe to our newsletter, your name and email address will be processed by MailerLite (MailerLite Limited, based in Ireland, with servers in the European Union and the USA). MailerLite stores your data on our behalf and enables us to send you newsletters and updates.

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email you receive or by contacting us directly.

Sharing & Transfers

We may share your data with:
