    30+ days before the event – Full refund (100%) – No worries, we’ve got you covered!

    14–29 days before – 60% refund – A small fee helps us cover preparations.

    7–13 days before – 50% refund – We’re halfway there, but still happy to help.

    Less than 7 days before – No refund – Unfortunately, last-minute changes can’t be accommodated.
